Standard Terms & Condition clauses of Jay Kay Pro Ltd. for Hiring / Rentals &/or Live Conferences / Events / Exhibitions / Functions / Funerals / Parties / Shows / Sporting Events &/or Weddings.
(Please note these Terms & Conditions have been brought to the Client’s attention in the form of a link in all Jay Kay Pro’s Quotes/Invoices & presented herein for the Client’s perusal & acceptance)

1. Abbreviations & Definitions -
ABBREVIATIONS -
1.01 - Terms & Conditions shall be referred to as “T&C’s”
1.02 - Jay Kay Pro Ltd. shall be referred to in these T&C’s as “JKP”
1.03 - Renter/Hirer shall be referred to in these T&C’s as “the Client”
1.04 - JKP & the Client will be collectively referred to as “the Parties”
1.05 - Certificate of Compliance shall be referred to in these T&C’s as “COC”
1.06 - Electronic Fund Transfer or Online Payment or EFTPOS shall be referred to as “EFT”
DEFINITIONS -
1.07 - “Trade Secrets” & “Confidential Information” include (but not limited to) the technical detail, program content, techniques, know-how, methods of operating, costs, training courses & the names of clients &/or potential clients of both the Parties, & may become privy to as a result of services set out in these T&C’s.
1.08 - “Certificate of Compliance” relates to structural engineers seal of approval & public liability cover relating to any rigging, hoisting, structures etc, & is a requirement by law where applicable to set-builds in New Zealand.
1.09 - “Arranged In Writing” or “Written Consent” can apply to any email, digital message & can be legally binding.
1.10 - “Written Consent” applies & becomes legally effective once JKP replies (Arranged in Writing) to the Client.
1.11 - “Hiring/Renting” refers to any service/s that Jay Kay Pro Ltd. (The Owner) provides in Quote/s &/or Invoice/s.
1.12 - “Services” are actions/help/work carried out by JKP, this could be in the form of Crew/Engineers/Staff.
1.13 - “Technical Rider” is a detailed list of all Equipment/Gear/Infrastructure required by a Performing Artist.
1.14 - “Performing Artist” can be the following - Artist, Band, Comedian, Dancer, DJ, MC, Musician &/or Singer.
1.15 - “Equipment/Gear” refers to any item/s being hired/rented from Jay Kay Pro Ltd. (refer to Quote/Invoice).
1.16 - “the Venue” is the place where the Client has booked to host his/her/their Event/Function at.
1.17 - “Dedicated” is exclusively allocated to; or intended for a particular service or purpose.
1.18 - “Stable” is not likely to change or fail; it is firmly established & constant.
1.19 - “Point of Set-Up” is within 20 meters of JKP’s control desk &/or Front of House (FOH).
2. Jay Kay Pro’s Obligations & Commitment -
2.01 - Complete non-performance by JKP will result in a full refund to the Client.
2.02 - Should partial non-performance occur, JKP will firstly endeavour to replace the faulty Equipment/Gear &/or Crew/Staff member before refunding the Client, & the Client will be kept in communications at all times.
2.03 - Partial non-performance by JKP’s Equipment/Gear &/or Crew/Staff will result in a refund to the Client for that particular service, & will be agreed & Arranged In Writing prior to the start or ending of the Event/Function.
2.04 - Only Jay Kay himself will be empowered to legally bind JKP towards the Client.
2.05 - All Event/Function set-up, start & end times will be present on JKP’s quotes/invoices.
2.06 - JKP will act with honesty & in good faith in relation to the Client &/or it’s clients.
2.07 - JKP will avoid any material conflict between its own interests & those of the Client.
2.08 - JKP will ensure that it’s Crew/Staff (if applicable) comply with the provisions of this clause, Clause 2.
2.09 - All Equipment/Gear is supplied with cables & accessories to operate such Equipment/Gear.
2.10 - All Equipment/Gear will be installed/set-up/delivered before the Client’s Event/Function starts, & broken-down collected within one hour after Event/Function ends. Unless otherwise Arranged In Writing, unless otherwise Arranged In Writing.
3. Crew/Staff of Jay Kay Pro Ltd. -
3.01 - The Client may not at anytime converse with any of JKP’s Crew/Staff relating to Quotes/Invoices, monies, payment, salaries, Crew/Staff contact details etc, such interaction will result in breach of these T&C’s.
3.02 - JKP’s Crew/Staff may not & will not be allowed to consume alcohol/liquor on the Event/Function at anytime (before/during/after) such behaviour must be reported to Jay Kay himself at the first available opportunity, the same applies to any illegal substance/s abuse.
3.03 - The Client &/or the Venue is requested to provide first aid, food & refreshments to all JKP’s Crew/Staff on site (for meal times that they are on site) should this not be provided, JKP will purchase food & beverages for their Crew/Staff & submit the receipt of purchases to the Client after the event for payment reimbursement.
3.04 - The duration of an event for Crew/Staff is a standard 5hr shift, this is inclusive of a 30min meal break. Should the Event/Function have a two or three shifts, then 2/3 meal breaks will be included in the additional shift/s.
3.05 - Any additional hour/s for Crew/Staff not Quoted/Invoiced for, needs to be Arranged In Writing with Jay Kay himself & will be billed to client after the event, unless arranged to be settled prior to the event ending.
4. Conditions & Terms of Payment + Discount Structure
4.01 - All acceptances &/or cancellations of Events/Functions need to be Arranged In Writing.
4.02 - To secure JKP’s services, 100% payment of Quote/Invoice is required prior to the Event/Function, & Equipment/Gear/Services are subject to availability of these Payment T&C’s.
4.03 - A 50% deposit of the total Quoted/Invoiced amount is payable on Written Consent of a Quote/Invoice to confirm the booking date, balance of payment is due two weeks prior to the Event/Function commencing
4.04 - If your enquiry & confirmation is within the 14 days of the Event/Function, payment is required in full please.
4.05 - Payment can be made in Cash in Hand, Cash Deposit, Online Payment or Bank Transfer (EFT/EFTPOS) & this shall be done into JKP’s New Zealand Business bank account supplied in Quote/Invoice.
4.06 - Strictly No other forms of payment will be accepted, please do not pay into any other bank account, other than the one supplied in Quotes/Invoices.
4.07 - JKP appreciates that on occasions someone else may wish to make payment/s due to JKP on your behalf. JKP is happy to accept such payment/s, but please note that unless JKP agrees otherwise with you (the Client) in Written Consent, you (the Client) are legally responsible for any payment/s due to JKP.
4.08 - Should booking be cancelled by Written Consent, then the following hiring fee will be refunded to the Client - 30days+=80% | 20days=60% | 15days=40% | 10days=20% | 5days=10% | before &/or on the Day=0%. Balances will be retained by JKP & kept as a cancellation fee for loss of events/hiring/rentals/services.
4.09 - Any acceptance or cancellation of an event/function/hire/rental not Arranged In Writing will forfeit the above pay out terms/structures.
4.10 - Should any cost/s to an event/function/hire/rental be incurred, such cost/s will be deducted or billed to the Client, such notice & cost will be communicated to the Client via email Written Consent.
4.11 - Discounts on Quotes/Invoices applies to payments in-advance & in accordance to the T&C’s set out here-in. Should payments be made late, discounts will be removed & invoice reissued without discounts reflecting.
4.12 - Should equipment/gear/dates &/or services reduce/change on Quote/invoice then discounts will be effected.
4.13 - A breakage/damage/holding deposit my be requested & refunded on collection (where applicable).
4.14 - Quotes/Invoices are subject to availability of equipment/gear/date/crew/staff/services, therefore full payment secures equipment/gear/date/crew/staff &/or services.
4.15 - JKP will not be held liable for any delays of an Event/Function due to any non/late payment/s.
5 - Exclusions & Insurance
EXCLUSIONS -
5.01 - Please note that all Quotes/Invoices exclude security whilst the Equipment/Gear &/or Crew/Staff are on-site.
5.02 - The Client is required to provide security & protection for Equipment/Gear &/or Crew/Staff for the duration of the Event/Function, especially if Equipment/Gear is required to stay on site over-night.
INSURANCE -
5.03 - The Client shall be liable for all insurance cover relating to JKP’s Equipment/Gear when JKP’s Equipment/Gear is not within transit of JKP’s vehicles, & when JKP’s Crew/Staff are not on an Event/Function itself.
5.04 - It is illegal for JKP to Quote/Invoice the Client for Equipment/Gear insurance cover on Quote/Invoice.
6. General Conditions & Requirements for Renting/Hiring/Services
6.01 - If no date/s are Arranged in Writing for the Client’s Event/Function, then no equipment/gear/date/crew/staff &/or services can be confirmed until both parties agree by Written Consent of proposed event date/s.
6.02 - All contact details of the Client needs to be communicated to JKP in advance for proper logistical planning.
6.03 - All Performing Artist/s Technical Rider/s (Technical Specification/s) list/s need to be provided to JKP via email to ensure all Performing Artist/s requirements are met on the Quote/Invoice.
6.04 - A detailed program & running order of the Event/Function is requested to be emailed to JKP at least three days prior, applicable if JKP is on the Event/Function.
6.05 - Any additional set-up day &/or dry run day; including AV/lighting/sound checks, dress rehearsals etc will be subject to additional Crew/Staff & logistical cost/s, therefore this has to be Arranged In Writing with JKP.
6.06 - The Client can request to have any Equipment/Gear/Infrastructure tested before approving any rental/hire.
6.07 - Once the Client has accepted the rental/hired Equipment/Gear he/she/they is/are accepting that all is in good working order/condition & he/she/they will be held liable for any fault/damage/loss/theft to such Equipment/Gear; including, but not limited to - batteries, cables, connectors, globes, gels, liquids, stands, etc.
6.08 - All Equipment/Gear Quoted/Invoiced for, & present on site/collection, will be charged for whether it was used by the Client, or not.
6.09 - Any injury, loss &/or death occurred by; or directly/in-directly relating from Equipment/Gear hired from JKP, waivers all JKP’s responsibility. This also applies to any other contractor’s/guest’s/host’s/supplier’s/venue &/or third party’s appliance/equipment/gear/gadget that may cause any injury/loss &/or death.
6.10 - If you intend taking any pictures or video’s of JKP’s set up & Equipment/Gear/Infrastructures, please inform JKP in writing, so that JKP can give you Written Consent to do so.
6.11 - On termination of the Event/Function &/or these T&C’s, the Client is requested to return all property belonging to JKP, which property shall include (but not be limited to), all trade secrets & confidential information &/or documentation or any other related items, & may not be used on any future Events/Functions that have not been paid & booked for in advance.
6.12 - The above documentation shall include any diagrams/drawings/sketches/pictures &/or floor plans done by JKP, should JKP’s services not be accepted & JKP has supplied this/these documentation/s, then the Client may retain/keep/use this/these documentation/s, provided remuneration/costs are paid for in full for the time/labour/idea’s presented to the Client for his/her/their Event/Function, such permission must be Arranged in Writing by the Client.
7. General Conditions & Requirements on Site (at the Venue)
7.01 - All contact details of the Venue needs to be communicated to JKP in advance for proper logistical planning, including the address/location of the Venue in the form of a Map & Physical Street Address please.
7.02 - A floor plan diagram &/or picture/s of the Venue is also welcome & helpful for proper planning/logistics.
7.03 - Direct access to the Venue needs to be arranged for JKP’s Crew/Staff & Equipment/Gear.
7.04 - JKP’s vehicles are required to be accessed for off-loading & loading & for ease of access to get to back-up Equipment/Gear that will be kept in JKP’s vehicle/s, hence the need to have vehicles near by the Event/Function. Furthermore, secure & safe parking is required to be supplied free of charge for all JKP’s vehicles during the Event/Function.
7.05 - Please make sure the Venue is cleared, set up & ready prior to JKP’s arrival, as stipulated in times listed in Quote/Invoice. No set-up by JKP will commence until the Venue is cleared & ready.
7.06 - JKP will not be held liable for any delays caused due to the Venue not being prepared prior to arrival of the Equipment/Gear supplied by JKP, neither will JKP be responsible to clear the Venue for JKP’s set up.
7.07 - No Equipment/Gear will be setup & positioned without prior consent from the Client &/or the Venue.
7.08 - JKP will erect, build, supply Equipment/Gear where requested by the Client to do so, & JKP will thus accept that the Client has done a full site inspection, & that the placement of the Equipment/Gear has been approved by the Venue &/or the Client.
7.09 - Any changes requested by the Client to re-position, whether it be height or physical location, (irrespective of how minor the re-positioning or height adjustment might be), can result in an additional charge to the Client. This applies to any Equipment/Gear/Infrastructure &/or safety equipment required to execute this request. Such changes/moves can only be carried out by JKP’s Crew/Staff, & Arranged In Writing with Jay Kay himself. Any delays caused by such a change/move is not the responsibility of JKP.
7.10 - The Client will take full responsibility for any damage caused to the site/grounds/infrastructure/venue due to the placement of JKP’s Equipment/Gear/Infrastructure upon acceptance of JKP’s Quote/Invoice.
7.11 - No Equipment/Gear/Infrastructure may be setup, erected, dismantled, moved, connected, operated or handled in any way by any person not qualified, or authorised to do so by JKP.
7.12 - Any damage caused to Equipment/Gear/Infrastructure while on site, due to unqualified/unauthorised person/s connecting/dismantling/erecting/handling/moving &/or operating such Equipment/Gear/ Infrastructure, in any way, will be for the account of the Client; whether caused by a contractor’s/guest’s/host’s/supplier’s/venue/visitor/ third party &/or any other person attending the site during the rental period.
7.13 - The Client &/or the Venue is responsible for Entertainment/Public Broadcast Licence/s.
7.14 - The Client &/or the Venue is responsible for COC by a qualified/certified Engineer.
7.15 - No infrastructure of JKP may be used for advertising/display/promotions etc.
7.16 - No banners/equipment/gear/flags/items/material/people/posters etc may be attached/cable tied/drilled/glued/hung/nailed/stuck/suspended/tied to JKP’s Equipment/Gear &/or infrastructure unless prior Written Consent has been granted by Jay Kay himself.
7.17 - No contractor/guest/host/supplier/venue &/or third party person may place any bag, box, clothing, item etc. under any of JKP’s Equipment/Gear/Stage &/or Infrastructure unless prior Written Consent has been granted by Jay Kay himself. Strictly nothing may be placed under JKP’s Front of House Booth/Table at all times.
7.18 - Any injury, loss or death occurred by; or directly/in-directly relating from Equipment/Gear hired from JKP, waivers all JKP’s responsibility. The same waiver applies to any other contractor’s/guest’s/host’s/supplier’s/venue &/or third party’s Equipment/Gear that causes any injury, loss &/or death on the Event/Function.
8. Power Electrical Conditions & Requirements
8.01 - Dedicated & Stable 230V AC power source needs to be available at Point of Set-Up.
8.02 - All power requirements will be communicated to the Client in a text, email &/or Quote/Invoice.
8.03 - Should 3-phase power be required, a detailed diagram picture will be emailed to the Client for clarity.
8.04 - An electrician needs to be on site & available for difficult power connections to any 3-phase power outlet.
8.05 - No Equipment/Gear of JKP will be connected without stable 230V AC power. Should the Venue’s power become unstable after JKP has connected, then all JKP’s Equipment/Gear will be disconnected immediately until such time as stable power can be provided by the Client &/or the Venue.
8.06 - All Power Requirements from the Client side &/or any other contractor’s/guest’s/host’s/supplier’s/venue &/or third party’s must be communicated to JKP prior to the Event/Function please.
8.07 - JKP will not allow any other contractor/guest/host/supplier/venue &/or third party to plug in any form of appliance/equipment/gear/gadget into JKP’s electrical power supply unless otherwise communicated to JKP.
8.08 - JKP does not allow for any faulty &/or heavy powered appliance/equipment/gear/machinery to be plugged into JKP’s electrical power supply at all, no exception. Catering/Suppliers need to arrange their own power.
8.09 - Should the Client &/or the Venue supply a generator, then it is required to have a voltage regulator built-in.
9. Theft, Breakages, Damages &/or Loss of Equipment/Gear
9.01 - Any breakage/damage/Loss/theft to JKP’s Equipment/Gear hired by the Client; or damaged by contractor’s/guest’s/host’s/supplier’s/venue &/or third party, will be the responsibility of the Client, & repairs/replacement will be payable by the Client.
9.02 - Damages to JKP’s Equipment/Gear includes; but is not limited to the following - Theft, malicious damage, accidental damage, fire damage, power damage caused by irregular power, power spikes due to high voltage, voltage drops due to low voltage, damage caused by weather conditions, etc.
9.03 - JKP cannot be held responsible for any acts of God.
9.04 - The Client will be held liable for the payment of any damages of Equipment/Gear provided by "Jay Kay Pro”, caused as a result of the Client or contractor’s/guest’s/host’s/supplier’s/venue &/or third party attending his/her/their Event/Function.
10. Weather Conditions, Delays & Cancellation of Event/Function
10.01 - All JKP’s Equipment/Gear needs to be under cover & free from any bad/adverse weather conditions.
10.02 - If there are adverse weather conditions at the Event/Function, then JKP’s Equipment/Gear cannot be operated till the weather is suitable. If the Client insists on the Equipment/Gear being operated during bad weather, then the Client will be liable for any damage/repair/replacement.
10.03 - Should the Event/Function be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, or any other reason not relating to "Jay Kay Pro's" involvement, then no hiring fees will be refunded as the hiring fee/s would have been costed against the Event/Function/Equipment/Gear/Crew/Staff/Labour already.
10.04 - JKP reserves all their rights to end/stop an Event/Function should it be deemed to be unsafe or if a contractor/employee/guest/host/supplier/visitor/third party &/or any other person attending the Event/Function is causing any abuse/aggression/misuse/malicious damage to property &/or unruly behaviour.
10.05 - JKP shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of JKP’s obligations under JKP’s T&C’s with you (the Client) that is caused by events outside JKP’s reasonable control (such as serious damage to the Venue, serious adverse weather conditions, a pandemic or epidemic, or interruption or failure of utility services such as electric power, gas &/or water). In these circumstances, JKP shall use every effort to notify you as soon as is reasonably possible. If, as a result of such events, JKP believes no alternative way forward, but to cancel the Event/Function.
11 - Legal (The Fine Print)
11.01 - Should the Client act in breach of any of the provisions set out in these T&C’s, then JKP shall be entitled, in its absolute discretion, to claim damages from the Client arising out of the Client’s breach; provided that such breach was not due to, or resultant from, circumstances that were beyond the control of the Client.
11.02 - These T&C’s listed through out this document shall be governed by & construed under the Laws of New Zealand & shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Auckland courts in respect to any dispute arising from, or in connection with these T&C’s.
11.03 - No person/s who is/are not a party to these T&C’s agreed with you (the Client) shall have any rights under or in connection with it.
11.04 - If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these T&C’s are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.05 - Any error or omission in any information or document issued by JKP shall be subject to correction provided that the correction does not materially affect these T&C’s. You (the Client) may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under JKP’s T&C’s with you (the Client) to another person/party without JKP’s prior Written Consent, which JKP will not withhold unreasonably. JKP can transfer all or any of JKP’s rights & obligations under the T&C’s to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights under these T&C’s.
11.06 - The Parties warrant to each other that it has the power, authority & legal right to give Written Consent & act in terms of these T&C’s & that these T&C’s are, where necessary, been Arranged In Writing by the Parties, & approved by their directors, or its trustees & that these T&C’s are valid & binding on each of the Parties.
11.07 - No variation, addition to or cancellation of these T&C’s & no waiver of any right in terms of theses T&C’s shall be of any force & effect, unless reduced to Written Consent by both the Parties.
11.08 - No latitude, relaxation, indulgence or extension of time, which may be allowed to both the Parties in respect of any performance or breach or any other matter in terms of these T&C’s, shall under any circumstances be deemed to be a wavered by JKP of any of its rights.
12 - Limitations, Liability & Waivers
12.01 - JKP will not be held liable for any software compatibility errors that may occur with intelligent information &/or Equipment/Gear supplied in any format by the Client, Guest, Host, Presenter &/or Performing Artist; including, but not limited to - Camera’,s, CD’s, Data Discs, Data Drives, DVD’s, Flash-Drives, Laptop’s, Memory-sticks, Multi-Media Devices, MP3’s, MP4’s, Pad Devices, Presentations, Smart Devices, Spreadsheets, Thumb Drives, VCD’s, Video’s etc.
12.02 - JKP will supply all relevant hardware & software information of Equipment/Gear supplied by JKP on every Quote/Invoice for transparency & compatibility reference.
12.03 - JKP would be willing to test any of the above mentioned devices/items by the Client bringing & testing it at JKP’s premises prior to the Event/Function & pre-arranged before hand, subject to available time & date.
12.04 - JKP will not be held liable for any third party or outsourced Equipment/Gear required to be operated by JKP &/or JKP’s Crew/Staff, including, but not limited to - Insurance, damage, proper functioning of such Equipment/Gear, placement & connection of such Equipment/Gear. Transport for collection & return of such Equipment/Gear.
12.05 - JKP will presume that all COC’s have been addressed & completed by the Client. If no request has been Arranged In Writing from the Client for a Structural Engineer to provide a COC. The Client will be held financially responsible for any damages caused to Equipment/Gear/Infrastructure.
12.06 - Should JKP supply or refer the Client to any third party contractor/supplier, the Client accepts their service/s without any recourse to JKP. If the Client engages with these contractors/suppliers or any other third party contractor/supplier, JKP accepts no responsibility for their performance of service. The Client should take up any complaints with them directly. The Client is also responsible for paying their charges/fees directly.
12.07 - JKP’s total liability to the Client for any loss the Client suffers will be limited to the total amount of money payable to JKP for the Client’s event/function/hire/rental. JKP will not be liable for any losses which were not reasonably foreseeable to both the Parties when the Quote/Invoice agreed upon or for any losses that were not caused by any breach of the T&C’s or breach of statutory duty or negligence on JKP’s part.
12.08 - Nothing in these T&C’s excludes or limits in any way JKP’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for us (the Parties) to exclude or limit (or attempt to exclude or limit) our (the Parties) liability.
12.09 - Should JKP commit any breach of its obligation/s in terms of these T&C’s, then the Client shall be entitled to institute legal proceedings against JKP in respect of such breach/s, provided that the Client shall not be entitled to exercise any right arising from any breach of these T&C’s unless JKP has been afforded seven business working days after it has been Arranged in Writing giving written notice of such receipt & calling upon it to remedy such alleged breach & despite such notice & the elapse of seven business working days, the alleged breach has not been remedied.
13 - Confidentiality & Indemnity
13.01 - The Client agrees that for the duration of the Event/Function/T&C’s & after the expiration or early termination of the Event/Function/T&C’s for any reason, it will keep confidential any trade secrets &/or all information that JKP &/or the Client communicates between themselves, or any of its employees, or which comes to the knowledge of the Client as a consequence of the Services to be performed by the Client in terms of this Agreement & which is stated to be, or by its nature is intended to be, kept confidential.
13.02 - The Client hereby holds JKP harmless against all loss, damage, costs &/or expenses which the Client may suffer or incur while JKP carries out the services listed in Quote/Invoice &/or these T&C’s. The Client also indemnifies JKP against any & all claims which may be brought against JKP by a third party in respect of any loss, liability, damage, costs & or expenses of any nature whatsoever as a consequence of, or which may arise from, or is attributable to any acts (or omissions) on the part of the Client’s or its employees.
13.03 - Bubble, Fog & Haze Liquid shall be used by the Client at his/her/their own risk. JKP cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury &/or death resulting in the use of Bubble, Fog &/or Haze Machines. Material Safety Data Sheet (M.S.D.S.) is also known as Health & Safety Product Data Sheet (H.S.P.S). The Client acknowledges the Contents of M.S.D.S. &/or H.S.P.D.S.
13.04 - The Client agrees & accepts that it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that it is adequately covered in respect of the necessary certificate(s), insurance(s), licence(s) applicable to the services provided by JKP & that JKP is NOT responsible for providing such certificate(s), insurance(s) &/or licence(s).
13.05 - Any notice or other communication given by, or to, either the Parties will only be valid & effective if given by Written Consent. Notice served via email will be deemed to have been received on the day of transmission if transmitted during normal business hours or, alternatively, if such communication is transmitted after normal business hours, to have been received on the next business day after transmission.
13.06 - Should JKP incur legal costs resulting from the Client’s breach of the provisions set out in these T&C’s, JKP shall be entitled to recover such costs from the Client on the scale between attorney & client.
This document contains the entire Hiring / Rental T&C’s between the Parties with regards to the matter dealt with herein & no representations, terms, conditions or warranties not contained in these T&C’s shall be binding on either of the Parties.
